S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Jerad for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I am an introvert and introspective. I observe more than I participate. I feel I have a good sense of people and a good ability to feel things on a deep level. On anyone willing to listen, a passion of telling what I see in the world comes out.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Through my passion of telling what I see sprouts a teaching tendency. By telling people what I see in the world I am “teaching” them how I believe the world is and so anything in life that I pursue I am open to share my knowledge about it.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Teaching is a form of serving even if the students don’t see it as a service. So I am usually inclined to flock to the opportunity of helping someone if I can help effectively and in whatever way I can.
[H]eart
1. Being in God’s presence.
Reading and studying God’s Word and doing my best to live out His Word.
2. Being the best man I can be to my love by giving her my time and spoiling her.
Being able to counsel, protect, teach, and help my close loved ones and others.
3. Taking long drives while listening to music.
I’ll give anyone a chance, but it’s easiest and most enjoyable to work with anyone who is open. I especially enjoy working with children and young teens.
All churches need watchmen. I feel that the state of the world with war, sickness, famine, storms, earthquakes, astronomical occurrences, selfishness, excess, addiction, divorce, racism, division, in relation to end times prophecy isn’t talked about as much in church. Christianity is under attack. Everyone needs to repent.

Your Primary was ‘The Retriever’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Golden Retriever- Good at making friends. Very loyal. Retriever personalities do not like big changes. They look for security. Can be very sensitive. Very caring. Has deep relationships, but usually only a couple of close friends. Wants to be loved by everyone. Looks for appreciation. Works best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern.
Strength: Accommodating, calm, affirming
Weakness: Indecisive, indifferent, unable to express emotional, too soft on other people
Limitation: Seeing the need to be more assertive, holding others accountable
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
Born and raised Catholic. I was pretty much a “cafeteria Christian” my whole life. I believed in the Gospel, in Jesus, in God, but never really understood what that meant and how it applied to me. “As long as I don’t hurt other people, I’m good.” I lived passively, eventually became lonely and depressed and it wasn’t until I broke up with the woman I intend to marry that everything changed. I still struggle, but now I am truly a follower of Jesus.
