I enjoy sharing my personal stories of how God has been my refuge and my healer. Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross is the gift of eternal life, He defeated Satan and is my Savior, how can I keep that blessing to myself…

I love to see young and not-so-young listen and grasp the truths of the gospel. The overwhelming grace that totally envelopes us when we give it all to Him is indescribable. To see the difference in the faith of a child compared to the resistance adults often show is eye-opening.

Your Primary was ‘The Otter’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Lion’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Otter- Otters are very social creature. Otter personalities love people. They enjoys being popular and influencing and motivating others. Otter can sometimes be hurt when people do not like them. Otter personalities usually have lots of friends, but not deep relationships. They love to goof-off. (They are notorious for messy rooms.) Otters like to hurry and finish jobs. (Jobs are not often done well.) The otter personality is like Tigger in Winnie The Pooh.
Strength: People person, open, positive
Weakness: Talks too much, too permissive
Limitation: Remembering past commitments, follow through with discipline
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
[E]xperience
At 9 years old, my church Elliottville Baptist had a youth event all day Saturday. I felt convicted and spoke to the preacher afterward. I couldn’t stop myself from stepping out in the aisle and walking to the front to pray and make it known I got saved on that Sunday morning. That week my dad accepted Jesus too. We were both baptized in the creek the following Sunday.
Landmark Baptist, Winchester KY – children and youth ministries, 5 years
Elliottville Baptist, Morehead KY – childrens church, 2 years.
CrossPoint/Better Life – Resources and Events, 3 years Nursery currently
My grandmother was a huge impact on me and everyone else, she was a true Prayer Warrior and Gospel Sharer. She lived and breathed for the Lord and told anyone she met how much they needed Jesus.
Delaney’s Survival and Health (see below)
Seeing Friends and Family come to know Jesus and grow in His grace. Baptisms always are so emotional for me.
Delaney’s birth at 24.5 weeks gestation at 1 lb 5 oz and extremely sick. Doctors said would not survive (prayer lists eveyrwhere, prior to FB) God had bigger plans. She came out of dying diagnosis 3 times in the 100 night NICU stay. Total of 7 major surgeries. She is such a blessing, positive and upbeat. Gives God the Glory. I had to give Him total surrender and control for the first time in my life.
Three miscarriages spread out over 5 years.
Divorce/Marriage failures
