S.H.A.P.E. Assessment Results
Thank you Sparkle Sanders for taking the SHAPE Assessment. We encourage you to meet with a Church Leader that you respect, to go over your results, so that they can help you discover a place to serve in the church and/or community, and also to help you fine-tune your 5 Main Focuses/Priorities listed at the bottom of this email under the ‘Wrapping it up’ section. May God Bless You!

This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
Because God has been speaking to me in dreams and visions since the age of 15. I often have a Holy Spirit leading/sensing of direction for myself or others.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love sharing the Word of God and providing some practicality to it. Jesus has been my rock and has revealed so many truths to me about relationships, my career and my identity. I just have a passion to share what He’s taught me with others so that they won’t make the same mistakes as I did in the past.
This gift’s evident in my life in the following ways:
I love administration and planning. I’m a strategist and marketer and have been in the field for 13 years. My greatest joy is developing strategies, processes and systems that make organizations, departments and units more efficient. From there, marketing and branding can start. But the mechanics of an organization must run smoothly in order to provide the best experience to customers, users, members, etc. Sorry – I can go on and on about this one 🙂
[H]eart
1. Organizing, planning, and creating effective systems and routines for things. From meal prepping to how expenses are processed, I enjoy it all.
2. Helping believers get “unstuck” and live the life Christ died for them to have. Many of us know the Word, but continue to live stuck in a lot of areas. My passion is for others to know the Word and help them apply it practically to their life through writing, coaching, teaching, and speaking.
3. Coaching businesses and organizations on their mission, vision, and brand. Making sure they know who they are as an organization so that they can carry out their purpose.
Women, aged 25 – 60 who discouraged, discontent and unfulfilled in their relationships, jobs and within themselves.
Teaching/evangelising/administrative planning and organizing excites me the most. What concerns me the most is serving an area that’s not really my gifting or that I don’t enjoy because the spot needs someone to fill it. Also, leadership not being open or supportive of new ideas or changes.

Your Primary was ‘The Lion’, with your Secondary coming in as ‘The Beaver’, and here are the descriptions of your Personalities, and how they can be used for God
Lion- This personality likes to lead. The lion is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because lions are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Lions can be very aggressive and competitive. Lions must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs.
Strength: Goal-oriented, strong, direct
Weakness: Argumentative, too dictatorial
Limitation: Doesn’t understand that directness can hurt others, hard time expressing grace
Beaver- Organized. Beavers think that there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exactly that way. Beaver personalities are very creative. They desire to solve everything. Desire to take their time and do it right. Beavers do not like sudden changes. They need reassurance.
Strength: High standards, order, respect
Weakness: Unrealistic expectations of self & others, too perfect.
Limitation: Seeing the optimistic side of things, expressing flexibility
[E]xperience
I grew up in church all my life. However, I consider age 22 is when I became truly saved and truly learned about God. I was in a relationship from the age of 13 to 22 that had a stronghold on me. I was emotionally and verbally abusing, and very consuming/addictive. No one could deliver me from it except Jesus. I tried everything and talked to everyone to help. But only Jesus was the one who healed my heart and delivered me.
New Life Church of God, Decatur, IL – I was an usher when I was a kid
Abundant Faith Christian Center, Springfield, IL – I was apart of the pray team after each Sunday service.
